Through interactive workshops, collaborative learning, and personalized coaching, participants will gain strategies to overcome bias, amplify their influence, and lead with confidence.

EmpowerHER is a blended leadership experience combining interactive workshops, self-directed learning, and personalized coaching. Participants complete a leadership assessment of choice and partner with a certified coach to translate insights into action. This integrated approach builds confidence, deepens self-awareness, and drives lasting growth.

Five, 50-minute one-to-one coaching sessions with a certified Leadership Coach+ an assessment of choice, either;
